After placing your order, print out the delivery slip generated by our system. Attach the slip securely to your package, ensuring that it is clearly visible. This slip contains important information that our drivers will use to ensure your package is delivered to the correct location. Properly affixing the slip helps avoid any delays or mishaps during delivery.
With your package ready to go, all you need to do is wait for one of our friendly EZ drivers to pick it up. We offer flexible pickup options to fit your schedule, so you can choose a time that works best for you. Drivers can collect a recipient's signature using the Driver App, which is saved with the order
details. They can also take photos of the recipient, package, or delivery location, and add
notes to document any specific details about the delivery. Once the delivery is completed,
customers will receive a text message with proof of delivery, including the signature, photos,
and any notes for full transparency.
